What do I do if I don’t agree with my bill?

  • Check your Explanation Of Benefits (EOB) or call your insurance company to confirm the balance is correct based on your benefits (copay, deductible, coinsurance, benefit limitations, etc.)
  • If the balance is correct and you still don’t agree, please submit a dispute to your insurance company.
  • We have flexible interest-free payment plan options that are available online once you’re logged into your account.
  • Financial assistance is also available and can be found by navigating to your billing portal and clicking "Unable to pay your bills? See options".
