How do I log in?

If you received an email or text message from us:

  1. Click on the link in the email
  2. Once opened, click “View Bill Details”
  3. Login by verifying your identity (date of birth, SSN, and/or account number – options will vary based on what data we have on file for you)

If you visited the payment site directly:

  1. Enter a bill ID from your paper statement to locate your account
  2. Enter one or more pieces of information to confirm your identity (SSN, birth date, etc)
