What do I do if my insurance wasn’t billed?

This may be because we do not have your latest insurance on your file. You can add or update your insurance by calling us at (612) 262-9000. Please keep in mind that it can take insurance up to 30 days to process the claim. If there are any issues, we will reach out to you with an update.
